Taga Urbanic is a real estate developer operating in Portugal since 2018 and, in just a few years, has become one of the most relevant groups in the sector in the North of the country. The group’s headquarters in the district of Porto, where its first 18 real estate projects were also developed. The group is currently in a phase of expansion and is looking to strengthen its support team by recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join our Finance Department.

Main responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and organize supplier invoices received and post in the PHC.
  • Verify invoice details (supplier information, amounts, VAT, cost centers, etc.) before registration.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders or contracts.
  • Prepare payments and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Support internal accounting processes and ensure compliance with tax obligations.
  • Ensure intercompany reconciliations.
  • Aging reports.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in monthly closing processes.
  • Maintain proper filing and digital archiving of all accounting and financial documentation.

Profile required

  • Degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial or accounting roles.
  • Good knowledge of PHC and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
