Taga Urbanic is a property developer operating in Portugal since 2018 and, in just a few years, has become one of the most important groups in the sector in the north of the country. The group's headquarters are located in the district of Porto, where its first 18 property projects were also developed. The group is currently expanding and is looking to increase its support team by recruiting a Head of IT and Development.

Mission/Objectives of the Role:

To ensure the smooth running and development of the company's technological infrastructure, as well as providing technical support to employees.

Main responsibilities

Liaise with external IT suppliers and partners.
Provide basic technical support to colleagues, solving hardware, software and connectivity problems.
Hardware and Software Integration/Management (including Monday.com, PHC and others).
Information Management and Data Security.
Training/Support/Continuous Improvement.
(Optional/Extra) Management of HTML and Wordpress websites.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in the field.
Problem-solving skills and dynamism.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly interpersonal and teamwork skills.
B2 level of English.
Some knowledge of website management would be an advantage.
